Newark Manor is pleased to provide short-term respite care for anyone needing a break for their daily care-giving routine.
Respite care can be used for many reasons, such as:
* Provide a break for the care-giver or family
* Provide an accommodation solution during a family emergency
* Provide an opportunity to experience a senior care residence before making a long-term commitment

The length of a respite care stay is designed to meet the needs of the caregiver and resident. Our daily respite care rate includes all of the same services and quality of care that you would expect from us.
All residents are encouraged to participate in the rich experiences provided by our Activities Department. Activities change weekly, and typically include music programs, pet programs, social events, crafts, memory enrichment & reminiscing groups, and more.
